Ylem is a zero-to-one fleet intelligence platform for logistics operators managing hundreds of vehicles, drivers, and assets. The brief was simple but brutal, take one of the most operationally complex jobs in logistics and make it feel manageable in a single product.

I owned the design end-to-end, from understanding how fleet managers actually think, to figuring out the two hardest problems on the project: how to surface dense, complex data on a dashboard without overwhelming the person using it daily, and how to design a map experience where tracking 400+ moving assets actually feels intuitive.
