Making a clinic feel as good
online as it does in person
Mitralis needed a full website overhaul. Not a reskin, a rethink. The existing site had served its purpose in a different era of the web, but patients arriving at the homepage had no immediate sense of the clinic's authority, warmth, or the straightforward way they work.
The ask was to modernise the look and feel, improve the clarity of what services they offer, and make the path to booking an appointment as frictionless as possible, especially for patients who may be anxious or unfamiliar with diagnostic procedures.
